Almost every week, Datamars Livestock participates in, or sponsors events around the world, designed to grow awareness of the team’s role in supporting more sustainable agriculture, and the solutions that can help drive productivity and profitability with better outcomes for us all. 

The events play a crucial role in strengthening awareness of our products and provide valuable opportunities for Datamars Livestock representatives to connect with customers, collaborate with industry peers and drive future sales.

Acricorte - South America

Acricorte is Brazil's annual gathering for livestock farming and according to Luiz Henrique de T. Garcia, Datamars Livestock’s Regional Sales Supervisor, it’s two busy days filled with extensive public engagement, negotiations and live demonstrations. “This year, discussions focused on important topics including family succession, communication strategies, product segmentation and the financial market. We have been proud participants in this event for the past three years.” 

Agrishow - South America 

Agrishow is the largest agricultural fair in Brazil, and our customers eagerly anticipate it every year as they get to meet partners, explore innovations and do good business. “Our solutions set us apart from the competition,” says Luís Müller, GM Datamars Livestock LATAM. “The technology in our products really makes a big difference. Little by little, the livestock market is understanding the need to invest in technology to increase profits.”

Terres en Fête - France

This vibrant showcase of agriculture is important for enhancing Datamars Livestock’s brand awareness in Europe. "This year, discussions centered around advancements in tools," says Vincent Morice, Sales Manager Official Livestock Identification France. "Young farmers are increasingly eager for technology to enhance herd management efficiency."

China Animal Husbandry Expo - China

This expo is one of the largest and most influential animal husbandry show, especially given half the world’s pig population is in China. This represents opportunities for the team to support breeding, production and disease control.

Positively, Jakin Wan, Asia Key Account Manager of Datamars Livestock’s Animal Health Delivery Systems, says the team received lots of positive feedback and expressed optimism regarding the market’s trajectory following challenging years of post-government restrictions during the pandemic.

Beef2024 - Australia

Beef2024 is the largest sustainable beef event in the Southern Hemisphere, uniting 120,000 people to discuss trends and sustainable practices on top of 80,000 viewers via Beef TV. Beyond an exhibition presence, the team at Datamars Livestock in Australia proudly sponsored competitions like the Livestock Young Judges contest, providing a direct connection to the future leaders of farming. They also contributed to an important fundraiser, Do It For Dolly Day, raising money for mental health among the rural community, particularly young people. 

Fieldays 2024 – New Zealand

Matthew Cashmore, Datamars Commercial GM ANZ & Global Head of Product Management/Marketing says New Zealand’s largest agriculture showcase is an important opportunity to connect face-to-face with farmers, customers and the wider New Zealand team supporting them. “The team received great feedback from customers, as they shared their loyalty to brands like Speedrite, Tru-Test and Z Tags. A few customers said they’d buy nothing else!”

The team also enacted a first-time virtual reality experience where visitors could use Tru-Test Active Collars and EID Readers through a headset with great feedback.
